Administration
Fire Department

Administration is under the direction of G. Keith Bryant. Three areas make up Administration: Administrative Services, Emergency Management and Safety.

Administrative Services is under the direction of the Business Manager, Lance Musgrave. This office is responsible for providing administrative support staff management and centralized budget management. Administrative Services prepares, implements, and monitors the operatingand capital budgets, along with the management of Purchasing, Contract Administration and Grants Management.

The Emergency Management officer is Major Dean Findley. He serves as Fire’s liaison to the City’s Emergency Management office. Major Findley works with City, County, State and Federal Emergency Management officials to ensure the preparedness and safety of the community during disasters.

The Safety Officer is Major Danny Hague. He is in charge of keeping Department personnel safe and healthy. The major functions of this work section are supervising and coordinating the safety and health, and risk management activities of the fire department.
