Mayor Cornett to welcome “Saving Grace” star and creator to Oklahoma City

WHAT:          

Mayor Cornett will welcome Holly Hunter and Nancy Miller to the City at 9 a.m. on October 11 at the Skirvin Hilton Hotel.

Actress Holly Hunter plays the lead role as Oklahoma City police detective Grace

Hanadarko in the TNT drama “Saving Grace.”  Hunter participated in ride-alongs with Oklahoma City police detectives to prepare for her role.

Oklahoma City native Nancy Miller is the creator and executive director of “Saving Grace.”

Hunter and Miller are part of a delegation of cast members and writers of “Saving Grace” that are visiting Oklahoma City from October 10-14.

The Centennial Room on the 2nd floor of the Skirvin Hilton Hotel, 1 Park Avenue; media can enter through the Convention Entry on the west side of the hotel.
