From the grand ballroom of the Meinders Hall of Mirrors, the lush landscapes of the Will Rogers Gardens, or an open-spaced picnic pavilion, the Parks & Recreation Department offers rental spaces to fit every style and budget.

Event Centers

Located in city parks, event centers are great for club meetings, parties or family reunions. Event centers are available year-round, and can be rented any day between the hours of 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., except Christmas Day and New Year's Day. All are equipped with kitchens and can be rented for a minimum of three hours. A refundable cleaning deposit is required with all event center rentals. Centers may be booked up to one year in advance.

Picnic Pavilions

Will Rogers Park South Pavilion is available for rentals. Rent a shelter at your neighborhood park for your family reunion, birthday party and other celebrations. Shelters are available for rent for a minimum of two hours. Available from April 15 - October 31. Call 405 297-2756 for a reservation.

Community Recreation Centers

Community Centers, craft rooms, meeting rooms and gyms are available for rent at modest fees. Call the the individual Center for more information on rental rates. For a list of Community Centers and their phone numbers, see our Recreation Center page.

Bleacher Rental

The City rents out sets of bleachers for a variety of special events, including parties, parades, sporting events and exhibitions. Four sets of bleachers are available on a first-come, first served basis. Please visit our Bleacher Page for more information about our bleacher rental rates and regulations.

Athletic Field Rentals

Athletic Fields for Youth or Adult League play are available for seasonal rental. Permits for athletic field rentals for March, April and May begin at 8:00 a.m. on the first Monday of January, the year in which the rental will take place. Season rentals must be booked in person at the Oklahoma City Parks & Recreation Department's administrative offices, located at 420 West Main Street, Suite 210. Permits will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, call 297-3882.

Outdoor Fitness Camp Use

Permits are now available for commercial outdoor fitness groups who wish to host classes in city parks. Permits cost $50 per site per month (limit 1 park per permit). For more information, call 297-3882.
