The City Council Neighborhood Conservation Committee develops a comprehensive policy to promote and encourage the preservation of neighborhoods. In addition, the committee develops policies to promote the cleanliness and beautification of our community. The Committee consists of the three Council members appointed by the Mayor. The Committee meets as needed.
