The City of Oklahoma City uses annual resident surveys to get feedback on service quality, priorities and overall performance. The City Council considers the surveys when setting Council Priorities, which are used to form the annual City budget. 

The surveys are sent to a random sample of Oklahoma City residents in the summer. The results are presented to the Council and posted here.
