 The Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust (OCWUT) oversees the maintenance and expansion of the City’s water, sewage and trash disposal systems.   The trustees are the Mayor, the City Manager, one City Council member and two City residents appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Council, all of which serve four-year terms. Trustees meet on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 2 p.m. in the Council Chamber
