The Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust (OCEDT) supports the City’s community and economic development initiatives and uses the broad powers to carry out those initiatives. The members administer General Obligation Limited Tax Bonds and oversight of the City’s Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts. The Trust consists of five members, two Council Members and three citizen members who are residents of the City appointed by the Mayor with consent of the Council. The Trust meets the second and fourth Tuesday of each month in the Council Chamber.
