The Board of Governors for Nurseries, Day Care Centers and Day Camps hears evidence of violations of codes applicable to day care centers and has authority to suspend or revoke the licenses of operators. The Board is composed of a representative appointed by the Fire Chief, a representative appointed by the Public Works Director, two licensed day care center operators, one licensed day camp operator and one person associated with a church which does not operate a day care center.  Board members serve three-year terms. The Board meets quarterly at 2:00 p.m. at the City/County Health Department office, 2600 NE 63rd Street, room 101 A/B
