The Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority (COTPA) oversees operations of the City’s public transportation and parking systems including the EMBARK Transit bus system, the Bricktown Trolleys, and City parking garages. The Authority’s Board is composed of the Mayor, the City Manager, the City Finance Director and five trustees appointed by the Mayor with consent of the Council. The Board meets the first Friday of the month at 9 a.m. in the Council Chamber.
