The Oklahoma City Post Employment Benefits Trust provides for the procurement and payment of certain authorized post-employment and/or retiree health and welfare benefits. This Trust consists of the Finance Director, the Personnel Director, an Assistant City Manager and two citizens appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Council. The Trust meets the second Monday of each quarter at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chamber.
