The Pre Qualification Review Board examines qualifications and pre-qualifies applicants as eligible bidders for public works projects according to criteria set by the Council and certifies all qualified applicants with the City Clerk. The Board may also revoke or suspend an approved applicant for fraud, deceit, or other good cause. The Board’s voting members are the City Manager, the Public Works Director, the Utilities Director, the City Clerk and the City Auditor. The Municipal Counselor serves as a nonvoting member.
