The Board of Adjustment hears appeals of building, zoning and land use variances and exceptions. The five-member Board is appointed by the Mayor with consent of the Council and includes one member of the Planning Commission.  Board members serve three-year terms. The Board meets the first and third Thursday of the month at 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber.
