The “Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Parade” is a community event hosted by the OKC Martin Luther King Jr. Alliance. The parade features an array of participating local organizations, marching bands, local school groups and other community partners. This will be the 44th year for the annual parade celebrating the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The parade will begin on Walker Avenue at NW 6th Street. Upon conclusion of the parade, participants and attendees are invited to Myriad Botanical Gardens for parade awards and the closing ceremony on the water stage.
