Volunteers are needed to help assess dog behavior and personality traits so that we may provide more information to potential adopters.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess each dog consistently to ensure accurate data gathering
• Record results for each dog in Chameleon

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to assess dog body language accurately
• Must be able to accurately assess behavior and pinpoint potential problems

Training Provided

• Volunteer orientation
• Slideshow “Dog and Cat Training”
• Hands-on training with the Behavior Team

Time Commitment

 Volunteer commits to a minimum of eight hours per month.
