Assist with animal care and customer service at off-site adoption events. Keep kennels clean and walk dogs as needed. Take direction from Adoption Captain.

Key Responsibilities 

• Follow directions of Adoption Captain
• Take dogs for ‘potty breaks’
• Give animals access to water
• Keep kennels clean
• Provide good customer service

Qualifications

• Be 13 years of age or older.

Training Provided

• Volunteer orientation
• Slideshow “Dog and Cat Training”
• On-the-job training at events

Time Commitment

 Volunteer commits to a minimum of eight hours per month.
