Bond Posting for Persons in Custody on Oklahoma City Municipal Court Charge(s)

Bonds can be posted only at the Customer Service Window, 701 Couch Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73102, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. except City-observed holidays.  

• Persons in custody on Bench Warrants can post a Cash or Surety Bond for cases for which they are being held. If a bond is not posted, the individual will be seen at the next scheduled Jail Arraignment held Monday through Friday except City-observed holidays.  

• Persons in custody on Arrest Warrants or New Charges will be released automatically on a Conditional Own Recognizance Bond (O.R. Bond) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without a cash or surety bond being required.

Eligible cases paid online will be processed for release the next business day.  Please call 405-297-2781 to inform Municipal Court of a payment made for a person in custody. Cases can be paid at the Customer Service Window during business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. except City-observed holidays) and a release will be processed immediately.
