Advertising License

Any person engaging in the business of advertising in buses, on taxicabs or any other motor vehicles for hire, any outdoor advertising, advertising sign painting and contracting, bill distributing or distributing other advertising matter, advertising by posting, sticking, tacking, affixing, printing bills or signs to or upon posts, fences, billboards, advertising signboards, drop curtains, buildings or any other structure used in whole or part for advertising purposes.
