Used Auto Dealer & Salvage License

Automobile and merchandise salvage dealers means persons who purchase, trade for or otherwise acquire any previously used merchandise or any previously used automobile or any parts thereof for the purpose of breaking down or otherwise separating and salvaging parts therefrom, for the purpose of resale or offering for resale or for trade or exchange or other disposition of the salvage part.

Secondhand or used automobile parts or accessory dealers means persons dealing in secondhand or used automobile parts or accessories either by purchasing, selling, offering for sale, trading, exchanging or otherwise acquiring or disposing of the parts or accessories, including persons who rebuild or deal in any other secondhand or used automobile parts or accessories in any manner set forth under this section.
