How to get a new sidewalk contractor license

Step 1

Fill out information sheet and give a copy of photo ID. City staff will email information to the Chief Construction Inspection and will give you information to schedule your test.

• Proof of passed test
• Contractor’s information sheet
• Copy of ADA certificate or card
• Immigration affidavit
• Photo ID
• Bond ($2,000)  
• General liability insurance

Buy permit for field test.
