Fence Permit

In Oklahoma City a fence permit is required to construct, erect, install, alter, or repair a fence on your property. If you choose to use a fence contractor, confirm the company has obtained a permit, prior to  starting work. Request an inspection once the work has been completed.

How does a homeowner get a fence permit?

If you choose to do the work, obtain a fence permit, prior to starting the work. 

Register for a free account at the web address below. Follow the online instructions to complete registration.

Once  your registration is approved, Log in, and create your fence permit. After paying for your permit and the fence has been installed, you may request an inspection.
