By publicly posting the following written disclosure, The City of Oklahoma City and its related Trusts intend that market participants receive and use it for purposes of the independent registered municipal advisor exemption to the SEC Municipal Advisor Rule.
The City of Oklahoma City and its related Trusts have retained an independent registered municipal advisor. The City of Oklahoma City and its related Trusts are represented by and will rely on its municipal advisor PFM Financial Advisors LLC (Dennis Waley, Managing Director) to provide advice on proposals from financial services firms concerning the issuance of municipal securities and municipal financial products (including investments of bond proceeds and escrow investments, if applicable).This certificate may be relied upon until further notice by The City of Oklahoma City.
Proposals may be addressed to Mike Baskin, Debt Management and Compliance Program Manager, Oklahoma City Finance Department at 100 N Walker Ave., 4th floor, Oklahoma City, OK 73102. If the proposal received will be seriously considered by The City of Oklahoma City and/or its related Trusts, the entity will share the document with its municipal advisor.
Please note that aside from regulatory mandated correspondence between an underwriter and municipal advisor, the underwriter should not speak directly with or send documents directly to the municipal advisor unless specifically directed to by the issuer.
