Southwest Division - Major Larry Withrow, Division Commander

The Southwest Briefing Station, formerly known as Will Rogers, is the newest division in the Oklahoma City Police Department. It is located at 5501 S Portland Ave. near Will Rogers World Airport. Southwest Division covers the southwest portion of Oklahoma City.  Generally speaking, the boundaries are from NW 23rd Street south to the Canadian River and from Richland Road to east to Pennsylvania Ave.  Southwest Division includes key landmarks such as the State Fairgrounds, Will Rogers World Airport, the Stockyards, Oklahoma City Community College, Clarence E. Paige Airport, and the Outlet Mall.
