Contractors, and subcontractors, are required to be prequalified for the following:

work for public construction contracts
private improvements that become public property
work on public property and/or within the right-of-way

To become a prequalified contractor, an application must be submitted online 60 days prior to the board meeting. The Prequalification Board meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise noted. The City’s board calendar may be viewed here. Standard Specifications for construction of public improvements can be viewed here.

December 8, 2020 City Council passed a new ordinance and class list.
