Engineering

Provides support, design and review services to City staff, government agencies, development community and the public so they can benefit from private and public construction improvements.

Field Services

Responsible for inspecting contractors' work on all infrastructure projects. Also provides survey services and maintains the City's Pavement Management System that tracks all arterial streets and keeps a current rating on each street.

Street and Drainage Maintenance

Charged with performing functions related to maintenance and repair of asphalt and concrete streets, bridges, roads, unimproved roads as well as Neighborhood Initiative projects. Also responsible for performing functions related to maintenance and repair of public drainage structures, creeks and the North Canadian River Channel.

Storm Water Quality

Provides inspections, enforcement, water quality assessments, public outreach and household hazardous waste services to citizens, businesses and government agencies so they can comply with the Clean Water Act and enjoy a safe and clean environment.

Traffic Services

Responsible for coordinating with other divisions, departments and agencies in finding solutions to all transportation related problems. They provide information as requested by the City Council, Traffic Commission and the Planning Commission. They review Federal and State transportation projects that affect the City.
