NOTICE - The City of Oklahoma City implemented the use of Periscope, an Electronic Notification System, in 2023 for all engineering/architectural solicitations. Periscope provides the opportunity to receive electronic notifications of project solicitations. All Letters of Interest will be submitted electronically for consideration. Solicitations will continue to be advertised in the Journal Record.
