The Sign Topper Program gives neighborhoods, subdivisions or commercial/business districts an opportunity to have identification markers placed within their neighborhood/district boundaries. The City will provide the labor once all materials are received. 

Applicants must

• Identify the neighborhood/district.
• Provide a map of the designated area.
• Propose locations for sign placement.
• Produce sign toppers in accordance with requirements.
