The Bennett Event Center is the cornerstone of the MAPS 3 Oklahoma State Fairgrounds Improvements projects. The fairgrounds, a year-round economic engine for Oklahoma City for its horse shows and other events, will benefit from the state-of-the-art expo center for indoor events, plus improvements to parking and other infrastructure. The Bennett Event Center is operated by the Oklahoma State Fair.
