Will Rogers World Airport (WRWA) saw another record month this year with passenger traffic. For September, OKC had 373,049 passengers, which is 9.7% higher than 2022 and 4.03% higher than the previous record set in September 2019.

Oklahoma City’s Animal Shelter encourages residents and animal lovers to adopt a dog and/or cat during its reopening event Sept. 22. Dog and cat adoption fees are waived to help relieve overcapacity at the Shelter. All adoptable dogs and cats are up-to-date on vaccinations and microchipped.
