The City of Oklahoma City storm water quality program includes educational and regulatory initiatives to encourage environmentally sound development and redevelopment. The City’s storm water ordinances provide guidance on storm water management plans required for development and redevelopment and encourages the prevention of illicit discharges.
Components of the program include:
- Providing measures to meet the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase I Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) storm water regulations.
