Conditions for Variance

 By submitting this application, the accountholder states the accountholder has read and understands the Water Conservation Measures and the variance policy, procedures and requirements.

Additionally, the accountholder:

• Agrees to inspection of its property by Utility Customer Service Divistion to verify conditions stated in application and compliance with the variance.
• Agrees to post a variance permit sign in public view on the property subject to the variance.
• Agrees to observe all other City Codes and Water Conservation Measure requirements, less and except the watering days and hours as expressly and specifically stated in the variance, if granted.
• Agrees the variance may be suspended or terminated by the City Manager or the City Council.
