The City Council Economic Development Committee monitors the City's contracts with the Chambers of Commerce and makes recommendations to the City Council on annual proposals for funding from the Chambers of Commerce. Considers and makes recommendations to the City Council and Mayor for economic development proposals that request City funding and other economic development matters of concern to the City. The Committee consists of four Council members appointed by the Mayor. The Committee meets as needed.
