Help keep Oklahoma City's streets safe for pedestrians, cyclists and drivers by spreading the word about Watch for Me OKC’s safety tips and information.
Watch for Me OKC is a public safety awareness campaign funded by a grant from the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments. As Oklahoma City grows and changes, more cars, pedestrians, and bicyclists are using our streets and we all need to safely share the roadway.
Project Overview
Watch for Me OKC is an outreach effort to everyone who uses Oklahoma City’s roadways. Classes for bicycle and pedestrian safety will complement handouts, marketing, signs, events and more about the best ways for cyclists, pedestrians and drivers to navigate Oklahoma City's streets.
Watch for Me OKC will also build protected bicycle lanes demonstrating the latest innovations in safe street construction. A bicycle safety and skills course will reinforce lessons in safe cycling on busy streets.
Watch for Me OKC partners with local governments and advocacy groups to get their help in reaching the widest audience.
