OKC Parks to open Woodson Park Athletic Complex May 17-18
OKC Parks invites the community to the grand opening of the newly constructed Woodson Park Athletic Complex, 3403 S May Ave. The $13-million Athletic Complex, funded through Better Streets, Safer City bond election, includes six lighted softball fields, four lighted soccer/football fields and more.

OKC Utilities confirms safe drinking water amidst EPA's new regulations on PFAS
In advance of the final regulations from the EPA, and for multiple years prior, OKC Utilities tested for PFAS compounds through contaminant monitoring. All sample results for the forever chemicals regulated in the NPDWR have been below 4 ppt.

Oklahoma City will host a special collection for unwanted computers, tires, ammunition and prescription medications from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 6, at the OKC Fairgrounds. The drop-off site will be on the south side of the fairgrounds, east of the Jim Norick Arena.

The far-right eastbound lane of Northwest Expressway near Lake Hefner Parkway is closed for the next several hours while crews with the Oklahoma City Utilities Department work to repair a 12-inch water main break in the area.

OKC Utilities issues warning about imposter attempting to enter homes under false pretenses
The Oklahoma City Utilities Department has been made aware that a person impersonating an Oklahoma City Utilities worker is knocking on doors in the Chisholm Crossing neighborhood. Per reports, he is telling people their water is contaminated and needs to be tested.
